Take a closer look at your options and you'll quickly discover that not all hot runner warranties are created equal. An effective way for you to look behind the bold performance claims of hot runner suppliers is to understand exactly what's covered under warranty.

Coverage where it counts
We fully stand behind our Rheo-Pro® hot runner systems, that's why we offer you the best coverage in the industry. Many warranties don't apply to the components that contribute to serious hot runner downtime and maintenance issues.  You'll find that in many cases these components, typically classified as wear items, are entirely excluded from the warranty.  They include thermocouples, tips, inserts, valve pins and valve bushings. 

No strings attached
Some companies may boast 5 or even 10 year warranties. However, generous warranties often include restrictive conditions and disclaimers. For example, are your components only covered if you purchase them in a package with a hot half and a temperature controller?
